• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Features 23 mutant teams and 23 unique arenas with obstacles such as exploding mines and ice pits.
• Players can call special plays including exploding pucks and rocket pucks.
• Includes unusual rule twists like bribing refs, funny penalties, 2-point bonus goals, and Battle nets protected by spikes.
• Single-game play and a 16-team playoff series lead toward the ML Monster Cup.
• 4 Way Play support allows expanded multiplayer matches with the Sega 4 Way Play accessory.

Named characters and oddball details include Bones Jackson, Maim Zitzky, Mo Puke, McWhimple, and Glynda the killer Zamboni. Its mutant-sports setup connects directly to the broader Mutant League style of exaggerated arcade competition on Genesis.
